The French start-up, Beeshake, a collective intelligence SaaS-based platform and a subsidiary of HOPSCOTCH Group, has announced that it will be joining the Microsoft for Startups programme. This opportunity represents the first stage of a strategic and business partnership based on collective intelligence in companies. The current reference is Microsoft Office 365 and its collaborative Teams tool, used by more than 500,000 organisations.

Beeshake is a SaaS-based platform dedicated to collective intelligence and employee commitment. By encouraging knowledge sharing between peers, cross-functional communication and participatory innovation, Beeshake delivers both a tool and a method to reveal collective intelligence in the company. The result: more motivated employees and more efficient companies.

This partnership is above all strategic. By putting its faith in Beeshake, Microsoft has confirmed its desire to offer companies high-performance products and services that meet employee’s actual expectations. Indeed, 91% of employees now say that they would be more motivated if they could put forward ideas to their company (*), so collective intelligence promises to become once more the heart of the HR challenges of the future.

Technology: the Microsoft for Startups programme will give Beeshake access to the small circle of start-ups that receive special technical and financial support. The aim is, therefore, to accelerate migration to an Azure Cloud infrastructure that is self-provisioning.

“As part of Microsoft for Startups, we support more than 3,500 start-ups in France. We would like to share our ecosystem, our technologies and our experience for the development of their business and their impact within the country as well as abroad. For example, more than 500,000 organisations today use Microsoft Teams, Microsoft’s collaborative application. The ecosystem of the Teams’ applications is constantly being added to, thanks in particular to the contribution of start-ups. We are particularly pleased to welcome Beeshake, a French start-up in collective intelligence, to our Microsoft for Startups programme,” said Anthony Virapin, director of start-up programs at Microsoft France.

“Microsoft’s expertise in supporting start-ups is a great opportunity for technological and commercial development. Beeshake’s becoming part of the Microsoft for Startups programme shows that collective intelligence has its place in human resources and communication ecosystems,” says Cécile Le Galès, founder and managing director of Beeshake.
