Fréderic Bedin is co-founder, Managing Director and President of the
Management Board of HOPSCOTCH Groupe. His talent for creative
strategies and taste for disruptive business are great assets for his clients.
While a student in Finance and cultural management at the University of
Dauphine, Frédéric Bedin founded Délires with Benoît Désveaux and two
other associates in 1986.
The agency, created from scratch, offered event planning services in
entertainment and culture. The newly created agency soon started to take
off and stand out from the main players of event organization. “We had no

The encounter with Lionel Chouchan who has been shaking Public Relations
with his agency Promo 2000 since 1968 is a stepping stone in the success
story of the group: in 1993 both agencies merged to give birth to Le Public
Système. Frédéric whose favorite expression is: “you are never safe from
good news” persuaded his associates to list the group on the stock
exchange in 1998 in order to give an impetus to his ambitions. Along the
way, the group integrated with the best agencies on the market such as
Sagarmatha, heaven, or Hopscotch to service its customers with innovative
communications revolving around Community Marketing. In 2015 the group
is renamed Hopscotch to embrace its international development strategy
boosted by the alliance with Sopexa.
Frédéric enjoys being the spokesman of the Group and is highly committed
