HOPSCOTCH Season (formerly Sopexa) Fosters Consumer Awareness and Preference for Val de Loire Wines in THE BLOOM BIG! Festival in the UK
HOPSCOTCH Season (formerly Sopexa) accompanied Val de Loire wines in consumer awareness and preference strategy and operations, especially among younger and casual consumers during THE BLOOM BIG! Festival across the United Kingdom. The aim was to create an image of a product fit for all occasions and seasons.
For this, there was a three-day festival that mixed wine tasting experiences with music, floral activities, and games in partnership with local businesses, the local press, and social media influencers. The events were used to establish formal & informal connections in the market at both the consumer and distributor level. Events and festivals took place in London, England, and in Edinburgh, Scotland.
HOPSCOTCH Season implemented a strong communication approach: 45 influencers to promote the consumer events and the wines, 5 advertorials in main consumer medias, paid advertising on social media, full venue takeover with branding, dedicated website and Instagram account.
It was a success with a total of more than 3,026,000 social media impressions, with 1,870 visitors and 848 tastings at the stand at the festivals in London and Edinburgh, 850 flights of wine sold, and 584 attendees for the masterclasses and workshops during these events.
