New Arrival at Hopscotch Décideurs
Patricia Chapelotte recruits Candice Tisserand as Partner to reinforce her team and expertise in influencer communications.
HOPSCOTCH Décideurs, a division of HOPSCOTCH Groupe headed by Patricia Chapelotte, specializing in influential communications, has strengthened their team by recruiting as Partner Candice Tisserand, former parliamentary aide to Rachida Dati.
Candice began her career at the Direction de l’information légale et administrative (Legal and Administrative Information Department – French Prime Minister’s Department), then at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, before joining the Cabinet of the Mayor of the 7th arrondissement of Paris, as Communications Advisor. In 2013, she became Parliamentary Assistant to Rachida Dati at the European Parliament, where she headed the team overseeing her French and European communications, particularly on legislative issues relating to security and the fight against terrorism.
Candice then joined the 35°Nord communications agency in 2020, then the JIN agency, as Consulting Director, where she supervised French and international corporate and institutional clients.
At HOPSCOTCH Décideurs, Candice brings her experience of the public and private sectors to deploy 360 influence campaigns, and strengthens the group’s crisis communications expertise, while she is a lecturer at CELSA on this subject.

This recruitment is part of the consolidation of the Décideurs team, with three consultants already having joined the team in April.
