The challenge taken up by this 46th edition could not be more particular: to make American cinema shine without an American film crew. A special 46th edition, you say? Beyond the set up of a drastic sanitary protocol, this edition was the occasion to celebrate the 7th art with the Cannes and Annecy festivals, collateral damages of the sanitary crisis, invited, this year, on the Deauville’s red carpet.

The Cannes and Annecy Festivals joined Deauville Festival

For its 46th edition, Deauville hosted ten films from the Cannes Film Festival as well as three fantasy films and three animated films from the Annecy Festival selection.
