HOPSCOTCH supports MEDEF by reinventing the 2019 Summer University
MEDEF chose HOPSCOTCH, the leader in public relations, events, digital technology and the social web, to coordinate, produce and market the latest MEDEF 2019 Summer University.
This event, presented under the code name REF “Rencontre des Entrepreneurs de France” (Meeting of French Entrepreneurs), will be totally redesigned: a new concept, more focused on networking meetings, debates, and the promotion of the federations and regions: a new venue, the Longchamp racecourse, and a new name to be announced in the spring.
The aim of this new meeting is to highlight a theme with a strong societal and environmental dimension: that of the balance between equality and inequality. It is also about attracting communities that go beyond the confines of major employers, such as the start-up ecosystem, young people, regions, sectors, artists, etc.
Prospective keynotes, decoding debates, concerts, quality moments and speed learning modules, will punctuate these two days of events in a friendly “village” atmosphere.
“The 2019 MEDEF Summer University will have all the qualities of previous universities, but will take a totally different form so people can gather openly and prospectively. It is a defining event in the economic and political landscape,” declared Vincent de Bernardi, head of communication at MEDEF.
“The MEDEF Summer University is going through a revolution, changing its location, form and name. Organising and supporting such events brimming with content and networking opportunities is one of the great skills of HOPSCOTCH,” concluded Frédéric Bedin, chairman of the HOPSCOTCH Group management board.
