HOPSCOTCH Season (formerly Sopexa) Organizes Australian Summerfruit Shopper Experience for Hort Innovation

HOPSCOTCH Season (formerly Sopexa) created a shopper experience event for Hort Innovation’s Australian Summerfruit in Vietnam to increase Vietnamese consumer demand for Australian Peaches and Nectarines, and in doing so, strengthen the relationship with fruit dealers in Vietnam for future seasons.  

HOPSCOTCH Season combined in-person activities with a strong online presence to reach dealers, influencers, and consumers. The promotion activities included gifts with purchase and in-store sampling, with key opinion leaders posting on their socials with information on the ongoing promotions and where to buy. As the most popular platform among the target audience, Facebook was chosen for producer coverage, incorporating visually attractive content, interaction content via mini games to encourage audiences to learn more about Australian fruit, key opinion leader partnership support to spread the news, as well as informative content for their fans. 

In total, two launch events in Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City with 41 clippings & KOL posts, 4 retailers incorporated for point of sale promotion with 50,790 consumers reached, and an engagement rate of 9,54% and 6.4M impressions on Social Media, with 2 KOL mini game interaction posts, 3 video posts shared by KOLs, and 6 KOLs educational posts.
